Back in the day, if a farmer was selling rotten eggs or mistreating animals, the whole town knew it by Sunday. Word spread at church, at the feed store, at the school gate. That informal accountability kept food honest for generations. Genesis started with that observation and a simple question: what if we could rebuild that trust, not for one small town, but everywhere?

Industrial food destroyed that accountability.
